Florida Minimum Wage Poster

On November 3, 2020, Florida voters approved Amendment 2 to the Florida Constitution which gradually increases the state’s minimum wage by $1.00 each year until it reaches $15.00 per hour on September 30, 2026.

The second scheduled increase goes into effect September 30, 2023 and raises the Florida minimum wage to $12.00 an hour, with a minimum wage of at least $8.98 per hour for tipped employees

Please note: Even though Florida businesses are required to display two minimum wage posters (the one for Florida and the federal one), they must pay their employees whichever minimum wage is higher, which currently is Florida’s. New FLSA Federal Minimum Wage Poster

The FLSA Federal Minimum Wage poster was updated in April 2023 due to the PUMP Act that protects employees who are nursing. This new version of the poster is called the “Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act” and can be downloaded and printed by clicking the button below.

Please display this poster over the current FLSA poster at your workplace to be in compliance with the new poster requirement.


New “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” EEOC Poster

On June 27, 2023, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released an updated mandatory poster due to the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. This new version of the poster is called the “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” and can be downloaded and printed by clicking the button below.

This poster is two separate pages. Please display both pages over the current EEOC poster at your workplace to be in compliance with the new poster requirement.


“Masks Required” Poster

In Florida, masks are not required, but businesses may choose to require them to be worn by their employees and customers.

“Wash Your Hands” Poster

Because hand washing is so important in preventing the spread of the coronavirus and other diseases, 全球官网电子游戏 has free posters available for members that say “Employees Must Wash Their Hands Before Leaving.”  These can be posted in restrooms or anywhere in your workplace to remind employees to wash their hands frequently.

This poster is not mandatory.  But it is a good idea to remind all employees about proper hand washing to prevent illnesses.
